Thailand: draft constitutional rule, six-month extension of military rule.

247-member National Reform Council on Sunday rejected the draft charter 105 votes versus 135,  

Thailand's military council rejected the draft after the current military regime in the country is extended for six more months.
In preparing the new draft and approved the new constitution to remain in power after the elections can be held.
Earlier, Thailand's military rulers after a coup last year the Council has developed the new draft is rejected.
After that a new committee be set up which will write the second draft. This means that the elections will be delayed further.
The draft has been widely criticized, particularly a clause under which the 23-member panel to a "national crisis" in the case of power aktyarhuga.
Thailand believes that the continued tension in the months after the elected government was ousted.
